Shaking: Pain can cause shaking but so can an infection. You should get checked out.

Infection maybe: Please seek help with a local dentist. You may have a severe oral infection that has become systemic. This infection can be life threatening . Please seek help asap. If you have trouble speaking or breathing please go to the er. Take care..

Yes: My collegues gave you great advice, bad toothache, local infection, spread of infection, fever and chills, can put you in the hospital and , not to alarm you, cause death! i don't want to alarm you, but get to a dr. Asap. Best of luck!
