Keep them clean: More important than whitening teeth is to make sure that your teeth and gums are clean and healthy. Brush and floss after every meal and avoid food and drinks that are high in sugar. Otherwise you will get cavities and gum disease and lose your teeth anyway. If possible get your teeth checked by a dentist. There is no good way to whiten your teeth unless you can buy whitening strips, pens, etc.

Not Many Options: Unfortunately, there aren't any home remedies that have been proven to work. Some over-the-counter products work pretty well...Perhaps someone can send you something from elsewhere? If not, you need to keep your teeth as clean as possible, so they at least don't have stains and discolorations on the surface: a good toothpaste and flossing are critical. Then, see a dentist whenever you can. Sorry.
