Loosing Weight: If you are trying to lose weight and train 4 hours a day with a 2000 cal diet that is a lot of time and not much caloric intake. Muscle weighs more then fat so you may be actually gaining weight from lowering your % of body weight and increasing muscle mass. Are you finding that your waist is slimmer ? Have you also noticed other areas that have trimmed down? If you answer yes then don't worry.
