May not be sleeping: Many people do not sleep as well as they think. There are plenty of good iphone and android (methyltestosterone) apps for measuring your sleep. You may also have sleep apnea, which can be evaluated by a doctor. This means that if anyone has ever told you that you snore, then this could be your problem.

Get sleep test: A polysomnogram will help you find out if your adequate time in bed is giving you adequate time in deep sleep and oxygenation. Rem and delta sleep stages are required to heal and re-energize your body. Sounds like your sleep hygiene is good--there may be an underlying sleep disturbance. Most common: apnea (often accompanied by the symptom of snoring). Get checked by a doc.
