Dumping syndrome?: It is possible that your body is emptying the food out of the stomach too quickly after meal and causes a large amount of carbohydrates/sugars to be absorbed too quickly...
Try smaller meals, and walk around after eating rather than sitting in place...
If not better, check with your doc..
