Go see your doctor: Unfortunately, you can still be fat despite being slim. This refers to body composition where there's more fat than muscle. That could explain high cholesterol. More likely, you need to blame your parents, eg genetics, as some people are genetically prone to high cholesterol. But before starting a family feud, improve your eating habits & recheck your cholesterol in 3 months. Don't forget exercise.
