Dark Chocolate: Dark chocolate is best. Other chocolate has lots of sugar and milk in it. Your doc will advise you as to what to do about high cholesterol. Change in what you eat can account for 15 - 20 % of the total. Our liver makes most of it. Marine fish oil and/or red yeast rice are natural ways to lower cholesterol but you need to visit a natural doc or a nutritionist who has studied how to do this.
