Run some blood tests and all is is good except my liver enzymes both are high causing other problems in my body like inflammation and pain all other medications ruled out and test still showed very high levels. can it be my cholesterol pills?

Yes, could be: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, statins may raise liver enzymes. If you drink alcohol, stop entirely, if you are overweight, lose weight. Wish you good health!
