Highly unlikely: The position of a pituitary adenoma makes it very unlikely to cause vertigo unless it is affecting vision. Not sure what you mean by pa but growth rate is independent of operation. Very few recur after removal so, it is unlikely that they would grow faster afterward. Good luck with the surgery.

No.: Vertigo is not associated with pa. It is possible to have double vision or paralysis of gaze.
