Is occasional vertigo a normal post-op symptom? i had a planned c-section which was immediately followed by an emergency operation on my bladder to remove a stitch. i am now 3 weeks post-op.

Vertigo: Vertigo is not a typical symptom one gets after surgery or atypical symptom after delivery. If you are taking Narcotic pain medication it could be a side effect of that. Consider seeing an ENT or your primary care doctor for an evaluation of vertigo.
