Yes.: This may be nothing. Albumin in urine is only important when levels are very high ( yours are not) or when it is persistent. Albumin can be transiently elevated for a variety of reasons: fever infection exercise heart failure nonspecific joint inflammation bp > about 160/100 mmhg.

See below: Microalbumin is the presence of small amounts of Albumin in the urine. Generally the amount of Albumin in the urine is less than 30 mg/day or 20 mcg/ min and needs to be repeated atleast 3 times in a early morning urine specimen to see if it is persistant, or was temporary. Can occur with diabetes or other diseases affecting the kidney , high bp, exercise, fever etc.
