Call your surgeon: They may want to change your meds. Also, warm salt water rinses may help. In a few days you will feel much better.

Pain after surgeries: Pain is always expected after surgeries . But it would be better if you get in touch with the oral surgeon who performed the surgery as a follow up routine after surgeries

Call your surgeon: The best advice would come from the surgeon who actually performed the procedure as he\she knows you, your particular circumstances, and the medications already prescribed. Therefore, first try to reach the surgeon & request a phone call back asap. In the meantime, keep your head elevated, limit activity and consider supplementing prescribed pain medication with tylenol (acetaminophen) if you can take that.
