Moderation: I am an orthopedic surgeon so please preface my answer. I would say in moderation. You are currently taking two antidepressant meds so one would question how much etoh you are consuming as this can add to depressive disorder. You are also pretty young to be on Coumadin (warfarin) so assume have some clotting d/o or blood clot and have to be careful how much you consume as your liver metabolizes the cmdim.

Not recommended: I would not recommend it in case it interferes with the activity of these medicines. Once your DVT is healed then perhaps the conversation could start again.
