Better to stop: If you're on an antidepressant, it would be better if you don't take something that will depress you like alcohol. I understand you might still want to occasionally have a drink, but try to limit it. All the best to you and thanks for asking.

Alcohol.: Alcohol is a depressant, so it is best to stop or limit your drinking while on antidepressant.
