Yes and (no?): Impacted teeth may cause referred pain, especially if there is inflammation or infection associated with them. I have never heard of nor believe that impacted lower wisdom teeth (and probably upper impacted wisdom teeth) can cause loss of hearing. I recommend that you discuss the removal of the wisdom teeth with an oral surgeon and your hearing loss with an ENT specialist.

Yes: Although there are a number of different causes for ear aches and loss of hearing, impacted wisdom teeth can cause some pain in the ear and problems hearing.
