Likely wisdom teeth: Probably the teeth, however, a natural response to tooth pain is to clench against it. This can cause joint and muscle pain. Speak to the Oral Surgeon -- maybe they can move you up. Good Luck.

Either: Either. Make sure oral surgeon is aware of your symptoms. May modify surgery. Make sure you're being treated by an oral surgeon. For best results with wisdom teeth, make sure you are evaluated and treated by a board certified oral & maxillofacial surgeon.
