Many possibilities: Have the headaches changed at all comparing before surgery, srs or after? The tumors could have originally been causing some swelling that could cause headaches and likely initially relieved with steroids. Surgery can cause some soreness at the site where the skull was opened and srs can cause swelling as tumor dies. If the headaches don't lessen with tylenol (acetaminophen) u should see md possibly steroids?

Residual scarring: All therapy will leave some degree of scarring, whether surgery, radiation, or chemotherapy. Residual headaches can depend on residual disease or the length of time after therapy.

See below: This is not uncommon; but you may want to call your radiation oncologist and discuss.
