Many possibilities: Have the headaches changed at all comparing before surgery, srs or after? The tumors could have originally been causing some swelling that could cause headaches and likely initially relieved with steroids. Surgery can cause some soreness at the site where the skull was opened and srs can cause swelling as tumor dies. If the headaches don't lessen with tylenol (acetaminophen) u should see md possibly steroids?
