Too vague: In order to establish diagnoses doctors must have a full history and be able to perform a physical exam. Have no idea why you were taking Ciprofloxacin or what the pain means. Possible that this is internal, or conceivably the onset of shingles. See a doctor and get examined.

Pain: Unlikely to be because of ciprofloxacin. Need to see GP as you have not provided info on why you were on ciprofloxacin ? Also if you have had any tests before the ciprofloxacin was prescribed . A detailed history is warranted .

Probably unrelated: Unless the ciprofloxacin has caused bowel upset very unlikely the 2 are related. As the others have said difficult without examination and further history to establish cause of your pain. Recommend consultation with a doctor licensed in your area for examination and consideration of tests.
