Right lower abdomen a hard lump feel pain and urine that red , vomiting, taken medication, & dr said no cancer ! what else can it be?

Maybe: It maybe a kidney stone or an infection. Need to send urine same for culture and rec an ultrasound of kidneys to eval and possible a ct scan if kidneys as well. Rec you goto a urologist to eval.
