Bleeding after bowel movement, i had to strain to pass my stool. bright red on toilet paper. slight scratch sensation, no pain. dr didnt feel lumps in rectal exam. no obvious haemorrhoids. qfit test negative and bloods didnt show anaemia. cancer?

Cancer is exceedingly unlikely at your age. Probably not serious: an anal fissure or internal hemorrhoids probably are the best bets. See a doctor if bleeding continues.
