Like eating utensils: Dr fereguson as absolutely right. Clean anything your child would put into their mouths the same way you would clean anything that would go into your mouth. And remember, the american dental association & the american academy of pediatric dentists recommend 1st dental check-up age 1 (and 1st orthodontic check up age 7).
