Sleep medications: Continue to talk to your psychiatrist about what the medication is or isn't doing for you. There may need to be a medication and/or dosage change with your medications. Also consult a psychologist or mental health practitioner to help learn skills that will assist with your sleep (such as relaxation exercises and other good techniques).
