my baby is spitting up yellowed mucus, has seedy yellow loose stools, sounds congested, and is crying a lot. what's wrong with her? no fever.

Need more info: Do not know the age of the baby, what other symptoms may be present, whether she is feeding appropriately, sleeping too much, irritable, or other vital info. Strongly suggest that you take her asap and be seen by a doctor to make certain nothing serious is going on, or at least call and speak with a pediatrician.
