Likley colitis: you may have a simple infectious colitis. if you have more abdominal pain or nause or vomitting, then you may need antibiotics. otherwise plenty of fluids and symptomatic treatment is enough. if you notice blood in stools , then you will need a medical evaluation for crohns colitis/ IBD
