As tolerated: I'm assuming you mean you got dentures. You may or may not have had your remaining teeth extracted at the same time. If you did follow the instructions the dr gave you. Either way your new dentures will be an adjustment and you may start with soft foods and work your way up to harder foods. You will learn some things are easier and harder with the new teeth but as time goes on you will get better.

Soft foods to start: If full dentures, start slowly with soft foods such as soft fruits and vegetables, puddings, pasta, soups, etc. There are no real restrictions, but biting on hard foods, especially in the front may dislodge your dentures. It's like starting to eat again for the first time for many. Consider implants or an implant retained restoration for more stability, comfort and less restrictions.

It depends!: If you had a permanent crown or bridge placed, you can eat normally. If it is a set of new dentures, you may want to start with softer foods until you get used to the feel of eating with them. If you had teeth removed on the same day, follow the directions of the surgeon who did the extractions.
