Dettol: Dettol is very concentrated. Firstly why was the dettol needed ?Cut, injury. Secondly when it comes to the ear you must seek attention as it is poor in blood supply. Given that it is black and red implies an inflammation - please go to the er or your doctor for it to be seen.
