No easy answer to this…try eating enough healthy but filling foods throughout the day. Drink plenty of water. Keep busy in the evening so that you’re not just eating out of boredom & go to sleep early enough to avoid that late night time. Exercise daily. Seek help from a nutritionist or other health professionals if this isn’t helping.

Lifestyle changes will be needed. If you are asleep relatively early evening, you might be able to avoid the late evening snacking that will almost invariably result in weight gain.
