Need to find cause: You are only 18 years old and have sleep problem, but you did not say what the problem is, is it you can not fall asleep or you wake up while sleeping or bad dreams or sleepiness during day, or you snore or sleep apnea etc. I will suggest you consult your doctor and get checked and find out the cause of your sleep problem and what can be done to cforrect it.
