Is it true that when you're tired & just want to sleep & do nothing one day its hard to overcome if u don't push yourself! i put myself "in a rut"?

Sometimes: Sometimes it can be very easy to put ourselves in a rut.. A pill is not the answer in those situations and we have to push ourselves mentally to get up and get going. Often once we are up and going. We start to feel better. If you continue to find yourself in a "rut" on a regular basis, you may want to see a professional. There could be an underlying depression.
