Sciatica: It is very likely you have sciatica. The sciatic nerve can be irritated with carrying weight, excessive bending or a simple back strain. Furthermore the relative weakness of your ab muscles can contribute. Recommend tylenol, (acetaminophen) exercise and ab strengthening. Might want to check with a pt for help as well.
