Stay active!: The best thing for back pain is to remain active and do not stay in bed too long! if any bowel or bladder symptoms, seek help immediately. Physical therapy helps many with back pain!

Back pain: Possibly a sore muscle, or nerve irritation low in the back reponsible for the pain. Can be nerve compression... Take frequent short walks and avoid lifting. Take some anti-inflammatories if your other conditions do not prevent that and maybe get a massage or a physical therapist to work on it with some ultrasound. Heat usually helps too. Do not sit for too long at one time.... See a doc!
