Do beta blockers show up in blood tests specifically a medical for deployment overseas ?

Not unless...: ... The lab has some reason to look for these in addition to drugs of abuse. If you've been taking a beta-blocker for "nerves" or to help you with public speaking, perhaps a physician can prescribe it for you if it helps, or you can learn some other tricks to be more at ease.

No: Employment drug screens are unlikely to detect beta blockers. They can be detected if specifically looked for.
