Possibly: In clinical studies, glucophage (metformin) causes an average of about 2 kg weight loss but i wouldn't use it in your case for weight loss but rather to improve how your Insulin is functioning. You can use glucophage (metformin) but also try to change your diet and start an exercise routine. This is better for you in the long run.
