Doing correctly: You are seeing a physician in an attempt to diagnose the cause of your diarrhea. Be patient and an answer will hopefully be forthcoming soon. The first step is examining stools for many things including cultures for organisms, microscopic exam for parasites and cells, sometimes pcrs for a specific bug thought to be present. May even require colonoscopy. Don't worry. This will be solved.
