I checked my stool , i know it sounds weird but i found on a couple occassions now gooey worm type stringy things like mucus is this normal?

Wiggling?: If they wiggle they are worms! Ha, ha: joke (mostly) Yes you can have mucus in stool sometimes. If you have pain or bleeding and mucus that is NOT normal and you should get checked. Eat a lot of blueberries and drink blue drinks, Then your stool will look a whole lot more interesting and kinda cool looks (polkadots with blue fuzz)

May be normal: This could be normal but if you have other symptoms like diarrhea, burning with stool or fevers you should see a doctor. Also if this persists and is not just an occasional finding I would see a doctor and have them do some stool studies.
