Not worms: There is no such thing as a liver flush. There are many things sold over-the-counter which claim to flush your liver or other organs in your body. This is all nonsense. Most parasites are not visible in the stool. I suspect what you're seeing is mucus or some other part of your stool which appears wormlike.
