There is white sesame seeds when i wipe after passing stool i also have ibs hemorrhoids no appetite and more problems could it be worms i took one dewormer pill a couple weeks ago but i haven't seen any?

I assume you are not having a quarter pounder with a sesame seed bun. Or using them is salads etc. ibs and hemorrhoids are not linked very much. Need to know where you like to see if it is likely you have worms that can be seen in stool.

What you see-1 may not be worms 2 may be pin worms 3 ingested seeds. Best is to get checked and have stool tested instead of presuming a diagnosis and taking treatment for it. Good luck.
