Need more info: And in addition to further history and physical exam, prior medical records. Suggest you discuss this with your doctor, or obtain consultative advice from a urologist. Good luck and hope this clears up soon. Sounds uncomfortable.

UTI, stone, STD?: Many things could be going on, but more evaluation is needed. Need a repeat urinalysis (ua), urine culture, std workup. Depending on what is found a urologist and/or other studies may need to be done.
