Many potential cause: Burning with urination can be caused by many things but generally is due to inflammation. Such inflammation can occur due to bacterial, viral, or yeast infections, be due to chemical or physical irritants (think soaps, douches, etc), trauma, or due to anatomic problems (eg urethral prolapse, labial adhesions, etc). See your md.
