Hi there i've had a sore back for about a week or so and been feeling nauseous for the same amount of time it burns a little bit when i urinate. i'm not sure if it could be kidney infection?

Kidney infection: Bladder infections are usually quite painful and leave a sense of urgency even after emptying the bladder. Kidney infections can be related to back pain but usually have fever and the patient is quite ill.
