The causative factor have to be known what triggered the pressure and a possible infection. Your wisdom tooth and your TMJ needs to be evaluated by a dentist. The tympanic nerve maybe getting irritated. Are the symptoms related? Possibly.

See Otolaryngologist: Ear drainage can be a sign of several conditions, depending on what type of fluid is coming from the ear. The best thing to do is to see an otolaryngologists (ear specialist) for an evaluation. Also, when you see a dentist, ask for xrays to evaluate your wisdom teeth.
