What is in the: Tablet? It is very likely that there are no beneficial ingredients in the "chinese diet tablet" and you are exposing yourself to unknown chemicals. You would be better served by having a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts; low in saturated fats; no tobacco and no more than one drink a day. Exercise for about 30 minutes each day.

Beware: You're right to be suspicious. Because of the weird politics, "chinese pills" are often (even usually) not what they say they are, and this breaks no laws. Aristolochic acid is an infamous carcinogen that's been found in these, & who knows what else. If you need something to "help your colon", a mainstream laxative might be cheaper, or a conversation with your physician about your concerns.
