can u gwt cancer from drinking a chinese diet tablet but helps the colon that works on a regular basis?

What is in the: Tablet? It is very likely that there are no beneficial ingredients in the "chinese diet tablet" and you are exposing yourself to unknown chemicals. You would be better served by having a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts; low in saturated fats; no tobacco and no more than one drink a day. Exercise for about 30 minutes each day.
