I'm very worried about colon cancer as i have constipation all the time should i eat better and drink more and if no improvement see a doctor?

Colon cancer at your age is very low on the list for causes of chronic constipation. By far, the #1 reason is in adequate fiber in diet, followed by lack of adequate water intake. So increase your fiber intake a lit, and drink 80-100 ounces of WATER daily. If after a month you are still constipated, then see your doctor.
