"Pinched Nerve": This sounds like a nerve root impingement by disc spurring in your neck. Like treatments will include non-steroidal oral medication, physical therapy with traction, possible steroid epidural injections and then possible cervical fusion surgery. Many of these pinched nerves resolve with time as the nerve gets "used to" the stress and inflammation around the nerve decreases.
