Enlarged lung: I am not sure what " enlarged lung " means here. But whatever is- i strongly recommend you and i sincerely hope that you would quit smoking. Smoking is a bad habit and there is nothing good you are going to get from smoking.

Emphysema: I agree with dr. Ho and wanted to add that the "enlarged" lung is probably hyperexpanded, which is part of emphysema. Emphysema is an important component of copd. You can find plenty of info online about it.

Overaeration: Overaerated or enlarged lungs can be related to air trapping in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease COPD or chronic asthma. Emphysema either congenital or acquired can enlarge lungs.Smoking is linked to COPD.
