My hcg is over million. on early ultrasound there was 1 baby seen. my pregnancy is determined healthy an not molar. why such high hcg? hiding twin?

No.: You may still have a molar pregnancy, even if a heartbeat was seen (partial mole). I would still be concerned about a complete mole given such a high hcg. Even a twin pregnancy doesn't normally go that high.
