Pretty sure i have a hernia in abdomen, now painful all the time, feel full and very tired it is starting to send tingling down groin, appt. march 5th?

See your doctor: You arec diagnosing yourself without knowing what you have.You dont say where the hernia is and it is about time you see your doctor and if pain is bad go to the er, as it may be obsrtucted or getting srangulated.

Should be fine: Activity as tolerated by pain. If the pain is severe, and there is a tender lump in the groin that won't push down with pressure, you will need to seek emergency medical attention. You will probably be fine until your appointment. Good luck!
