Hernia tears can: increase. See your doc who can monitor it. You don't want your intestines to strangle. Surgery MAY be the best fix. Peace and good health.

See your doctor: right away or go to ER to make sure , you do not have incarcerated hernia , a complication and surgical emergency bowel get stuck inside the hernia .
