Many: Issues that could involve recurrent miscarriages can be uterine problems, blood clotting disorders (mthfr are a less likely cause), endocrine, and genetic causes. A large portion of causes are unexplained. I would recommend that you discuss this with a reproductive endocrinologist to discuss all options.
