Peyronie's: Peyronie's occurs when there is damage to the spongy tissue on either side of the penis. Etiology is not definitely known but inflammation, trauma are possible causes. Have you used pge injections to obtain erections after the surgery ? That could be a possible cause.

Peyronies: 4 years after the surgery, it is unlikely that the new onset of peyronies disease is related. The only exception i can imagine is if you are using tri-mix injections for ed, scars may have formed at repeated injection sites.
